Family Systems: Taking Your Mother
In the Earth Day Repatterning on April 22nd, an important issue came to the forefront in the journey to heal ourselves and our mother Earth. A Family Systems modality spoke of taking our mother and seeing our father giving us permission to do so. In this case, mother was the land we live on in our respective countries. Father was the representative of the country where we live. What is important about this is the underlying message of permission to take the energy of the Earth to be energized by it, and also to become as one with it.
When we take energy from our parents, we are better able to make use of our own life energy through accessing the wisdom of previous family patterns and lessons. In this repatterning we were asked to take both of our parents. Father, in this repatterning, represented leadership, laws, rules and the horizon of what may come with our actions and dedication in alignment with the wisdom of our system. When you take your mother and father you are able to access both the wisdom and lessons. It also creates the opportunity to turn towards life to do something good with this information.

The underlying work dealt with “the hurt child” stance that was undermining the ability to create authorship and JOY. The embodiment of the hurt child limits the ability to step into the conversation where opportunities for shared ideas, solutions, being heard and understood becomes the potential.
This work also spoke to the need for grounding our energy instead of discharging it in a life depleting way that harms ourselves and others.
We now resonate with “What we do to others, we do to ourselves. The Earth is a living being. We are all related.” There is more……

This repatterning worked with a Peace Repatterning related to transforming inner conflict with social status and generational material involving perpetrator/victim issues with social status. It also addressed issues with children we live with. This can be an inherited pattern of our ancestors. Through transforming these issues, we bring to conscious awareness, and release the burden of our ancestor’s treatment of children.
